Although BurkhalterTrailers.com's horse trailer inventory is updated on a daily basis, it isn't updated in "real time", so the inventory currently shown may not be available when you arrive at our store. In the rapid pace of business we sell several trailers per day before the web site is updated. No trailer will be taken off the market and held without a deposit. To get your order fulfilled in a timely manner, we may have all or part of your order drop shipped directly from our suppliers. This may result in your order arriving in multiple packages.

The BurkhalterTrailers.com shopping cart is only set up to quote shipping rates in the continental United States using UPS ground. If you require international shipping please place your order via telephone so we can get you an accurate shipping quote. Any customers placing international orders online will be contacted via phone or email with an accurate shipping quote and new total price before shipping the order.

Burkhalter Trailer Sales accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Discover Card.

Due to the possibility of incorrect installation causing damage, electric brake controllers are not returnable to Burkhalter Trailer Sales. The Tekonsha brand of brake control offers a 5 year warranty and in the case of mechanical failure - the brake control should be returned to Tekonsha. All other parts returns can shipped to Burkhalter Trailer Sales at the customers expense and will be subject to a restocking fee of 25%, unless an error was made by Burkhalter Trailer Sales in the order process.

Burkhalter Trailer Sales, Inc. is not responsible for the actual selling of classified ad trailers. These ads are only provided as service to our customers. These trailers will be clearly marked on the "used trailer" page as customer classified ads. It is the trailer owners responsibility to answer any questions regarding the trailer and handle the actual sale. It is the trailer buyers responsibility to confirm that the trailer has accurate legal paperwork, that the trailer is properly registered to your name after the sale, and that all applicable taxes are paid.
